Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of AgentFlow. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you register.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and API keys, for the actions of the members you invite, and for keeping your contact details current. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

• Do not use agents to impersonate a real person or organisation without authorisation.
• Do not place calls in violation of do-not-call, consent or recording laws.
• Do not use the platform to deliver deceptive, harassing or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access another organisation's data or circumvent plan limits.
• Do not use agents to give regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) as if from a professional.

You retain ownership of the documents, prompts and conversation data you bring to the platform. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that content in order to provide the service, including transmitting it to the AI, voice, calendar and automation providers you configure.

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing agent configuration, restricting tools appropriately, and supervising outcomes. The platform provides guardrails, citations and audit logs to support that responsibility, but does not guarantee factual accuracy.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits are enforced in the product. Usage-based provider costs shown in analytics are estimates for your planning; the amounts billed by your AI, voice and telephony providers are governed by your agreements with them.

The service is provided on an as-available basis unless a separate service-level agreement is signed. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. On termination we retain your data for the period described in the privacy policy so you can export it, then delete it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
